Daily rate ($250/day), mileage allowance (110 miles/day), and deposit are set per vehicle and will be confirmed by a Z ERB Exotics representative before pickup.

Deposit & Payment

The security deposit may be used to cover excess mileage, refueling below the outbound level, tolls or citations, excessive detailing, or physical damage. Deposit amount and mileage terms are set per vehicle and will be confirmed by a Z ERB Exotics representative. If the vehicle is returned undamaged and fee-free, the deposit is released within 1–2 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

Strict Conditions of Use

Violating any item below is a material breach: it voids insurance coverage and forfeits the full security deposit.

I am the only authorized driver unless additional drivers are listed and verified separately.
I will not use the vehicle on a racetrack, drag strip, or unpaved surface, or for street racing, stunt driving, or performance exhibition.
I will not tow or push any object, drive under the influence, or use the vehicle for ride-sharing, courier, or delivery work.
I will keep the vehicle within the state of California unless Z ERB Exotics authorizes otherwise in writing.
I will fuel exclusively with 91 Premium Octane and can provide fuel receipts on request.
I understand that exceeding 100 mph at any point during the rental, as recorded by the vehicle's onboard telemetry, will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit.

Insurance & Liability

Your personal auto policy must provide full comprehensive and collision coverage for high-value exotic rentals, and acts as primary coverage. You're responsible for your policy's deductible. If the vehicle is out for repair after an accident, you agree to pay a Loss of Use fee equal to the daily rate for each day it's out of service, plus any verified diminished value.
