A refundable $500 hold is placed before handover. It covers fuel shortfalls, tolls, citations, cleaning beyond normal use, and any new damage. After the return inspection clears, the hold is released — typically within a few business days depending on your bank.

Yes. Return the car at the same fuel level you received it. Premium fuel only. If it comes back short, refueling plus a service fee is deducted from the deposit.
